After graduating from Harvard College in 1987, I worked for a year in Brooklyn, NY, as a social worker in the adoption department of a foster care agency. I went back to Harvard for medical school and graduated in 1992. I did my internship and residency in pediatrics and have been practicing ever since. On a personal note, I married my husband Michael 8 years ago and we have two daughters, ages 6 and 3. If anyone is curious, there are some (out-of-date) pictures of us on www.flaherman.org. I'd love to hear from anyone travelling to the Bay Area, and I look forward to possibly seeing some of the group at the reunion.
